The only missions in that game that would kick my ass were the ones involving the director. Where you had to skate a very specific line and do specific tricks. Goddamn I miss the tony hawk era of gaming. So much fun. Used to have all my buddies come over and we would sesh these games for hours on end. The xbox version of 2x was pretty cool, but a little too floaty and easy. The trick to tony 3 and 4 is chaining your halfpipe shit together with reverts. You can chain massive scores with ease.

I emulated Alex Kidd in Miracle World, enjoyed it a lot, and then jumped into Enchanted Castle on the Genesis collection thinking it was more of the same. It really wasn't. Alex Kidd deserved better.

In highschool I met and made friends with a kid that grew up with a PC loving father. It was the best because he was able to show me all the PC games I had missed out on and I was able to share all the console stuff he never knew about. Let's be honest though, the PC was fifty million times more incredible.

I was jealous of my friend's Famicom and his mega ROMs with the hundreds of games. I always wanted Contra on my 486 but of course it was console exclusive.
