The best techies games are ironically the games the enemy ignores you and your mines while you are farming away clearing creep waves with a single 10~ish second cooldown nuke. People really underestimate what a techies with a little bit of farm can do.
Plus the move speed buff made it that Techies can very easily reach haste speed naturally.

I have not played a single game of Exort Invoker in my life, I do not know how to do any Combos more complicated than Tornado/EMP and Urn/Cold Snap and I have a 70% winrate on the hero.
Quas Wex Invoker is the only way to play Invoker.

Dampeer was a very strong mid, because you burst your lane opponent 100 to 0 at level 6 and if you did get it, you'd just just start terrorizing people on the map with your maxed essences and you snowball and force a CC at 15.

Shortly before the last pre-TI tournament, Summit 9 OG basically disbanded, with Fly and S4 joining EG, because Fly thought he wouldn't win much with OG. This left Fly's ex-best friend n0tail with his coach Ceb and only one other player, Jerax. Fly's EG performed quite well and they were one of the favorites going into TI8.

n0tail, left with his dyfunctional team called in a favor from his ex-mid player Ana, who took the carry role and he picked up EU-pubstar Topson (known for his QW Invoker and Monkey King play) to compete in the open qualifiers for TI.

OG unsurprisingly crushed their way through them and made it to TI. During groups OG looked fairly weak, they were seeded in a different group from EG. They got to upper bracket in a fluke and their game 1 was against one the weakest teams at the tournament.

But them everything changed. OG was playing EG. It was the grudge match, between the betrayed young hero n0tail and his rival Fly. It was arguably one of the best series of all time, it was a personal conflict. It culminated in one of the most ridiculous games I have ever seen and n0tail basically accomplishing what he came to TI for.

And from then on, no matter what OG had already won. And then OG beat LGD, one of the most dominant teams at the tournament twice and won TI.

If you're good she's great, but it's something you pick when you're fairly confident you wont get countered.
Any kind of decent low cd AoE spell on the other team will clear out all your broodlings and you'll just be feeding.
In terms of mass producing + controlling, it's brood and venomancer as far as I can think right now - though you can't move venomancer's summons, but you can control targetting.

Chen can permanantly mind control up to 4 neutral units that all have their own spells, nature's prophet and enigma can summon a large amount of units, lycan is a carry that summons units and gives all units under his control massive amounts of increased damage and movespeed.

PA has a 50% chance of not getting hit, it's not crazy dodges or anything.
Those two missed most of their damaging skills and were severely underfarmed.

Yes if your physical damage dealer has no mkb or true strike from talents or they don't have any kind of break or hard cc they should not gank a PA, but some other squishy support or the offlaner.
