Did you plug the monitor into the computer?

you fucked up the front panel

Shoulda just bought a prebuilt. Inb4 Hurrr durrr you can save 100 dollars

did you connect the monitor to the GPU or motherboard?

did you put a 9th gen processor in an 8th gen board? also check the 4 fuck me lights in the upper right corner of your motherboard. I bet the DRAM light is on.

This is important user, this happened with my first pc and was as desperate as you

If its not a compatibility issue, take vid card out and plug monitor into mobo. Go into boot settings and set some shit, i think video source, to auto. Google it idk. But then u shut it off(duh), plug your monitor into ur gpu and see if it works on boot. If not its another type of problem

Also you dont HAVE to take your gpu out but it helps sometimes

this cocksucker has at least two guardian angels standing by ready to save him and he is pacing around his kitchen throwing a shitfit instead of providing details. what a maroon.

This is my first PC and I know almost nothing about wiring or which wires do what. I watched a bunch of vids on how to put it all together and I went from those. At first the PC wouldn't turn on at all. Then I had to rewire some shit and it finally turned on. Now it's an issue with the monitor. At this point I'll just get a friend to help me with this cause he is familiar with PCs. Seriously this is like an alien language to me. Never thought there would be so many roadblocks. Not like it tells me what the issue actually is or where I can find it. Fuck.

this desu, falling for the build a PC meme is a sign of true poorfag

Take a lit picture of the inside. Let's see what's going where. Yea Forums is weirdly enough here to help.

there are 4 leds on the motherboard that tell you exactly what the problem is. read the manual that came with your motherboard. also tell us the model number of your cpu and motherboard.

Post a picture of the inside of your case and the back panel. you probbaly forgot to plug something in.

>he fell for the "just build it yourself!" meme
Would you build your microwave? Or refrigerator? Get real.

Make sure the RAM stick is fully into the motherboard user!

PC building is basically electronic LEGOs
Really expensive LEGOs but still

Brainlet

shut the fuck up faggot and post pics of the PC so we can actually help instead of complaining uselessly on this shitty board
for fuck's sake this is the quality of the average v poster
fuck this place

wrong board faggot

this is a Z390A motherboard. the 4 fuck me lights are in the upper right corner. tell me the model number of your motherboard and the status of your fuck me lights.

Some people can barely handle legos though, in such cases Sony will help you out with the playstation 4

Are you -may i ask- fucking retarded?

>some people can barely handle legos though
I know we as humans are generally retarded but you can't be serious

Try taking out the graphics card and turning on the computer with the display cable in the motherboard video port.

Also make sure your RAM is securely in place.
