Dragon's Crown sold 1.5 million long before the Pro version ever came out. That's 3x more sales than any previous Vanillaware game. It made far more money than anyone expected it to. And its profits aren't funding 13 Sentinels, which is being made under a totally different publisher (one who skipped on Dragon's Crown).

This. Its really too bad it hasn't been released on PC -preferably with the "pro" or whateverthefuck updated version.

A solid Steam release wouldn't be censored or anything and it would be greatly appreciated as there aren't a ton of in depth beat-em-ups especially those with RPG systems/progression. (Though there are some on Steam. River City Ransom Underground , Fight N Rage etc... )

Or in twenty years, with the Sentinels demo there is a teaser of a knights game. If it's an RPG it took them eight years to start making a second one, if it's strategy twelve.

This. I hope they make some QOL changes too like relaxing the multiplayer matching and tower progression. Needing to be exactly on the same floor in a 50000 floor tower for progress to count is pretty hardcore.
