Nope

if you struggled with this part of OoT you're retarded

You posted a good example.

maybe i'm just a faggot, but why is this part so great?

The Zelda games do them just fine.

just learn it then take 7 hours to do it blindfolded

Everyone shits on Dampe but this stuff is RNG too

I though that was minecraft for a sec until I clicked on it.
I know what it is it just looks like it was recreated in minecraft.

It's the music

Define "doing it well"
If they have to meet your Thief/Splinter Cell/MGS standards, then none of them do it right. If you can understand they're mostly a neat distraction from the main game's focus for the sake of variety and fun, then you pic related is just fine

Lead blocks in minecraft look the same desu

Jesus it does

Shadowhearts 2

I think the stealth segment of OoT is a good example of soul. There's nothing else like it in the game, there's not even another fixed-camera angle area like that apart from the Market. But it didn't matter, it didn't need to be 100% consistent like today.
It's sort of a double edged sword, if I'm using that right. I appreciate the consistency of new games and a controllable 3D camera, but it make some areas less memorable.

Wind Waker's stealth segment > Ocarina's stealth segment.

Gerudo Fortress

It's the only real time you get to see parts of Hyrule Castle before Ganondorf gives it a makeover.

Damn, it really was a good one. And going back there fully armed was really great. Now I need to play Wind Waker again.

Comfiest segment of any Zelda game ever. And OoT was full of comfy.

Note: Forest Temple is actually Hyrule castle when it was still a level. It was remade into the forest temple later.

retard

I don't know about good examples, but I do know about bad ones
Fucking Lords of Shadows 2. I was literally stuck in that area because the tutorial didn't even explain how the fuck it worked

>Has this ever been done well?
A few levels of Splinter Cell Conviction are alright in the stealth department.

it's a fun little change of pace

Cool user
>mfw 22 years later still new things to learn about OoT
