He's the one that began the rumors that FFXV had a 2016 deadline due to a contract that was in place before tabata came on board and was also the one who claimed various shit about versus xiii's plot, like stella dying before the game began or something.
But like all fake leakers, he talked too much and eventually more details about the game's development came out that exposed him as a liar.
An artist on FFXV (roberto ferrari) said the game's original release date was in 2014 and tabata himself said that they only decided on 2016 after he came on board.
The most damning thing though was when oflucii claimed that SE couldn't give out noctis's original versus xiii outfit as DLC since they never actually made it for in game use

Nintendo have a strong relationship with KT, they literally co own an IP and they are publishing a game by Team Ninja right now, there's a good chance that that games development is part of a deal by Nintendo for a new Ninja Gaiden title eventually, and Ninja Gaiden is pretty dead, what's more important is that KT are small enough that Nintendo could secure an exclusivity contract for Ninja Gaiden, and it would compliment their current incoming lineup of action titles from Platinum. an unlikely but smart decision.

Definitely dead, the rights to the IP could be purchased by Nintendo considering how dead it is at current point, Nintendo has even worked with Tri-Crescendo recently, the contract work could have lead to the funding of a new Baten Kaitos title. This is a legitimately smart decision entirely due to the Switch's current positioning as a JRPG juggernaut, wedged between, DQ11 Definitve, Xenoblade 2, SMTV and Octopath, Nintendo could potentially be pushing to pull in this crowd.
