Redid it on a daytime background, and changed the visuals a little to better match the game. And again, there's a max strength wind area pointing directly upwards in front of his mouth.

Ice background is night, which doesn't fit the visuals of the original level, which is bright and in the day time.
Ocean was the only other option and since that level in 64 has a lot of water anyway, I feel like it works decently.
It's basically the choice between ice that matches the theme, or better lighting.

My one and only stage. It's a platformer obstacle level based off of the green base stage from Smash 4. You start on the right side, make your way up to the top by wall jumping (and if you cant do this Little Mac/Ganon and others, just climb the ladder or strategically use the bumper) make your way down pass the spinning valcano X's and jump over the pool of lava to enter portal.

Only one of these stages is mine, but they're all neat visual recreations of SF2 stages. The Ryu and Ken stages use wind to keep people from going off-screen, while the Guile one has those walls... although that's kind of flawed. Still that jet is so good I had to get it. The Blank one has a standard main platform and a thin one on the left and it's possible to fall.
