The weapons feel really weak to use, it also feels slower because of Source engines movement. The HECU soldiers are really fucking hard to fight, they're obviously based off the Combine Soldier AI but like in HL2 they don't really take advantage of the AI potential, they just take a lot of ammo to kill. It looks nice, graphics are good and the voice acting is pretty good, at least compared to the usual quality of voice acting in mods. The fact that they started charging for it before finishing Xen is laughable. It's probably my computer but it ran pretty terribly sometimes.

Black Mesa is pretty decent but i think HL1 is just overall faster and a better experience. Not to mention that Black Mesa isn't even done yet, so you can't fully play through the game.
