Alright I’ve just recently gotten back into this game. Forgot how fun it could be.
>starting anew so of course I’m Mumu.
>after a century Scotland claim just falls into my lap
>my dynasty is massive since I push for marriages where offspring are of mine.
>of course, infighting is endless but I have enough power to put a stop to most plots.
>war for Scotland ends while England’s fabricates a claim on my kingdom.
>at the same time most of Mumu rebels against me.
>now that I’m king of Alba, the HRE is more inclined to join an alliance.
>it takes forty years but Kingdom is finally at peace. For now
Meanwhile my dynasty has started to intermarry between distant relatives. Which works for now but can get very bad very quick. Meanwhile I’ve abolished the council and hold absolute power in Alba.
Crusader Kings 2 Thread
Is there a way to marry your close family members without mods?
Get Holy Fury and choose a pagan religion I believe? If you can reform it you can dictate a divine bloodline. You’re allowed to keep it “pure.”
If you are a pagan and have Holy Fury, you can reform your religion and allow close-relative marriages
How do you Mumu? I find it easier to start as Poland
I really love this game but the $500 worth of DLC has soured me on Paradox games in general.
I like establishing titles that didn’t already exist. Mumu works best for that in my opinion.
Pirate them
I mean. Only a few are necessary. Way of Life and whichever ones get you retinues are the only ones I feel I needed. I have Conclave just because.
I guess I could, but the other thing is that I dislike incomplete games in general, and I can always bet that they're going to keep releasing more and more DLC for it.
