It tells them they can save their items by trading them to a friend/alt account for safe keeping. Then when the trade is prepared in the time it takes for them to verify the trade with steam guard they cancel that trade and set up a new one with their account they've just changed the name and pic of to match the one they target was going to trade with. It's amazing how retarded some people are and how ingenuitive these 3rd worlders can be.
