classic noob trap, you can't spend too much time getting items, because then the enemies will likely outgrow you, unless you get lucky with damage drops. My rule of thumb is, rush the teleporter, and get the closest chests with the moeny from the boss and the teleporter wave, do that for the first 2 stages, then you can get all chests, depending on your mobility/speed

There are some preview images in the options. You can uninstall by deleting the files in the directory and revalidating your files via steam.

from what I can tell in my end game screenshots, you get about 7.5 kills per minute on average. This means that every infusion you print only becomes useful after ~13.5 min time the amount you already printed.
Before the fifth is used, you'd have to spend at least another 50 minutes

Sure, maybe they just oneshot the boss or procc'd it hardcore in a burst and did about as much damage as you did for most of the level but if you helped out a lot in clearing out the softies, getting money, helping make dolla and opening chests for them? That's already really good, especially considering how your turrets can lay the fucking smackdown on people when they lack any aggro.

the spawnrate ramps as you progress, while you might only kill like 20-30 things in the first stages youll be killing that many things every 30 seconds after looping, ie where the printers are valuable
its also weird to be counting time gathering items post-boss at all considering hp no longer matters at that point since youre not in danger

but more to the point, infusion is one of the only non-healing defensive items currently in the game, along with teddies
while i dont think its a very good item overall, it is the ONLY thing that you can get consistently to increase you health which is absolutely vital lategame for about half the characters, which makes it high value by default
as like huntress or mando or something, its generally worth printing 5-6 infusions if you get one post-loop, even if you dont get the hp immediately it WILL matter later and its dumb to skip that opportunity unless the greens you have are absolutely vital for your damage

Ive actually had good games with hellfire sprinting around with 6 bucklers and a bunch of healing items

not really. The max it can ever spawn is 4 per wave.

Early game that'll be 4 wisps or 4 lemurians or 4 beetles.
Late game that'll be 2 elite bronzongs and 2 normal bronzongs or an elite beetle queen & 3 normal beetle queens.

Sure there's a small increase, but it's nothing major.

at 30 min, someone had 196 kills, at at 31 & half I had 232 that same game
In another game, at 57.5 min I had 468
In another game, at 155 min I had 1359

So maybe it goes up to like 8, 8.5 MAYBE 9.
But you won't suddenly start killing 30-40 things per minute. Probably won't even hit 15 or 20

I have the best results when my turrets are far away from each other so that they don't get bursted by an angry imp overlord or worm at the same time. You can lay down the shield on one of them and get the heck out of there. Later in the game you want to save the shield for an emergency like a laser or jelly aoe you can't avoid

there was quite a lot spawning which was another part of the problem, he called his entire family of titans and there were like 5 spawning every few seconds so I had to keep moving

I got lucky and when I was doing my no heal run I found a Blood Shrine right next to my tele. Was pretty cool. On harder difficulties you take damage falling off cliffsides, I believe, you can use that to your advantage if you get a tele spawned near a cliff. Otherwise just tank damage at 99%.

What proportion of your monsoon runs get off the ground?
I can reliably go infinite regardless of how good the start is on rainstorm now but monsoon deep dicks me more often that not around stage 8-9 when my damage falls off too much.

I was looping and resetting to get Titanic Plains log but I got some nice luck so it became a hunt for a gold shrine. Also there is something about turret damage not counting for some reason.

Depends on the character. I can pop off with engie, mul-t and commando. Merc is middle of the road but that's mostly due to stupid decisions on hugging overloading worms. Arti and huntress are fucked for me I can't even pop off on rainstorm

The hardest part is mid game since damage dealt is usually too low and taking too long to go to the next stage can be fatal. Even if that happens just try to survive as long as you can and be patient, it gets easier past the 5th stage. Then it's all about avoiding small mistakes that can get you killed, which you will end up learning the hard way.

Multiplayer is a lot harder because the game scaling is stupid, the game always assumes all players are good and have high dps output. If even one player gets shit build or is a fucking doofus the run is ruined post loop (or slightly later if you're playing on baby difficulties)

It's honestly easier to beat her on the first cycle except maybe on 4th stage. The first two levels you can focus on her and not killing random sht around her. She starts smiling when she's about to shoot don't know if this changes based on settings. Just save your dash for when you see her smile and try to take note of the time it takes for her to shoot. Going fast has advantages such as getting gold chests and going to the bazaar but you can't just bypass all chests.
There are those big chests with 3 stripes on them that are good to get so keep your eyes peeled, just don't bother with every nook and cranny.

Playing safe is probably best. Time doesn't matter, you'll be in hahaha territory regardless of the timer based on how many levels you need to do. I hear you can visit the bazaar and stuff and that counts as stages but I'm not sure.

Get good items, hopefully get a dios best friend or two, play safe by not letting yourself get trapped or in a situation where you'd be likely to die. Play a long range character like commando or mul T so you don't have to be within raping distance like Merc does.

And if you're a real pussy you could play in drizzle to do it.
