I feel you. Playing TLOU factions is always an adrenaline rush but I got used to it after a while. Deep breathing and a lax attitude helps. The shit hits the fan when you're TRYING to not suck or to do good, but if you treat it like your standard SP experience with no worries about your performance, you'll do fine.
everyone playing games is a fucking loser and the only person who gives a dick about the opinions of fucking losers is an even BIGGER fucking loser
Wouldn't know since I only play them to throw and grief. Fuck matchmaking trash.
Just pretend that you’re being an idiot
you just keep playing
The opinions of niggers, women, and cucks are irrelevant.
Even in a game made for brain dead retards you may still get nervous. This nervousness can also be known as excitement. So what if you mess up? Your team and opponents will obviously call you an idiot. Just play the fucking game.
Truly chaotic neutral
>keep thinking people are gonna think I'm an idiot if I lose
they will, just accept that and keep playing
They will think you're an idiot if you lose, so just don't lose. Simple.
they'll think you're an idiot regardless because anyone who still plays multiplayer games after the death of server browsers is a retard
usually beer or a couple of cigs in a row prior, but the latter only lasts so long compared to alcohol
Sometimes I just buy a game that includes a random PvP feature. I don't play online otherwise
I don't drink or smoke
Listen to some chill music. My jam is youtube.com
that's too bad, it makes you look cool and stuff and you know how much weight we place on that
If somebody starts screaming in their mic if you lose plug yours in and make farting and shitting noises.
I had the same problem, you just need to keep playing until you reach a point where you feel like you are conversant with the game's mechanics.
it just takes practice, but yeah people will be assholes sometimes. Keep your mic off, or mute everybody. Fuck 'em. Eventually you'll get more comfortable and it'll be fine.
You're already an idiot.
Beat the other team into submission. No one can think you're an idiot when you carry them. It's easy.
>Deep breathing and a lax attitude helps
This. I played with this one black dude years ago for a while and he won nearly every game even though he was talking like he's on cloud 9 the whole time
Stop watvhing anime faggot that shit makes you weak
I like what other anons have said about deep breathing. That can slow down your heart rate and deep breaths give your brain a chance to reset.
If someone makes a good play give them a compliment, "nice job" can be all that's necessary. Using a mic right away shows confidence to your team but if you wanna work your way up don't be afraid to stick to text chat. A "glhf" can help break the ice.
I wish I still had anxiety, but I'm just dead inside now.
People think you're an idiot anyway. Readily showing you're overly into anime only makes it that much more obvious.
>playing MH with randoms
>one of them is some china dude that I don't think speaks english and another french guy and a friend of mine
>we're all doing pretty good except for the french guy who triple carts
>after the hunt the china dude says
>"frenchguysname"
>long pause
>"weak"
>french guy just leaves the session
I don't know what it was, it just seemed cold as fuck.
Empathy and compassion are not thing the chinese have. They will only ever care about themselves, it's a nation of sociopaths.
