Play games that actually make losing either fun or gives you some "consolation" prize.
In Dwarf Fortress you can run a fort and then lose it, but that fort is still in the world. From there you can actually reclaim it or explore it with an adventurer.
Some older games use to have unique cut scenes when you die like Megaman Legends series.

I think it's just a matter of the game. I don't have a great time with UNIST if I keep losing, and I really dislike continuously losing in Tekken, but I don't mind losing at all in GG because I'm always having fun with it regardless.

if you find losing frustrating, you're probably always going to find losing frustrating
either play on easy mode, play easier games, or find games where losing isn't a big deal
personally, i only get mad about losing in pvp games or in games where losing means substantial (like hour plus) time loss
