It all depends on the preset you are using. Some presets will murder any card. Most of the ones that do are designed for screenshot taking not gameplay.

I'm stuck with LE for now because for some reason some mods in SE just randomly stop working or don't even activate at all in-game despite being activated in MO and I was too upset to try and fix it. Plus CBPC doesn't look as nice as HDT does in LE, the tits just freeze in place for a second before jiggling depending on the movement and it's hard to unsee, it looks pre-animated
