Not really, AFAIK they try to log every attempt to use Tor because they can't tell what you are doing with it. I don't think they give a shit about VPN because you can't reach darknet with it.

Modding is the main appeal for me right now. It really brings out the actually great stuff about the game. When you fix a lot of the problems people have with GTAV using mods, it becomes fantastic. I still play it relatively often but my copy of it is a far cray from the vanilla game. Nothing offers anything like it in the current year.
