You do 2B for 15 hours, then 9S for 5 hours as you sprint through Route A again, then 2B for another hour, then you alternate 9S and A2 for about two hours a piece until it's done.

Both KOTOR and VTMB let you pick your character's sex and skin color, though.
You could play a brooding white male, if you wanted to, but that was your choice.
