There is nothing wrong with Silver as he stands, really. The only thing I'd do is actually give him some fucking screen time outside of 06, which doesn't even count because that game never happened and Silver in that game is effectively a different character entirely because Modern Silver doesn't have any of the experience or development of 06 Silver.

Shadow played fine in '06.
Sonic is barebones as fuck, might need something new.
And Silver needs to be able to do more than drop boxes on people.
