The problem here isn't that they gave her a flat body, it's the fact that they fucked up the modelling for sjw body image purposes. It was clearly a rush job. You can tell from how the women's clothing falls on the bodies of NPCs - and Kassandra in the symposium quest - that they were clearly designed to have full, if not large, bosoms. And that spoilered image is not a mod, it is a hack, they actually modelled nudity under that underwear, but they refused to actually shape the model to be appropriate to it, so you're left with low-poly bullshit with a high-res texture.

the textures are shit too, the body looks bad because of a combination of the model and textures. they clearly didn't care for how the bare body looks since you almost never see it. modders are starting to figure out mesh editing so hopefully they will come out with something good

They're 90% identical in gameplay, but Odyssey just has way more grinding and filler. The main quest takes fucking AGES to get anywhere, not only because you have to constantly side quests and complete markers to scrounge up enough exp, but also because it gets side tracked within itself. Bayek is also a god-tier character with such great range, Kassandra really isn't very interesting.

i just started playing odyssey today, pretty fun desu, although i hate that if theres anything interesting on the map the game sends you there through quests so theres no point just exploring for the sake of it a lot of the time.
