Bl3 is releasing in an extremely oversaturated market. not only is that working against them, but most of their long term customers are not going to be purchasing it due to it being on egs. everyone is assuming this game is going to be a wild success like Bl2, but I'm not so sure it will. The trailer looked fucking awful, they ruined a shit ton of good will with their season pass scam in Bl2 (I haven't forgotten and its the sole reason I will never purchase another "season pass" ever again).

I think Bl3 is going to do poor numbers and will be lambasted by critics when it does come out. Compounding their already shaky reputation and making Bl3 this Fall's Fallout 76

you're assuming it's going to be a good game. not an empty shell that pisses everyone off. time will tell, but something seems way off with their trailer. like the game was in development hell and doesn't look very good. Bl2's DLC were god awful. amazingly garbage that managed to piss off everyone. the gayming world has moved on well past where Bl2 went and should they offer up more of the same, which i expect they will, it will be torn apart and moving to egs will have some negative consequences for their game
