and like I said, the soundchip was awful so what you were actually hearing was much, much worse quality than these youtube videos
look I love OoT I still replay it every couple of years but the music was not very good, I'd go so far as to say because the game was so good, the music got elevated and a lot of people have fond memories of it purely because of the association with such a great game
