My state tried to give the teachers guns but the libs wont let us so we sent canned food items with the students to toss at potential shooters. We also started strategic sesting I.e. placing bigger kids in blindspots so they can tackle anyone coming in. It seems ridiculous but until we arm teachers its the best solution

Studies have reliably demonstrated that playing violent games does not make children more violent. What seems to be the case is that children with violent tendencies (either do to mental conditions, or because of poor living circumstances) are then subsequently drawn to violent games.

The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. The solution to mass shootings is to arm more people so we can put the shooter down fast. Since the law prevents a teacher from carrying we have to use armed guards and give the students projectiles.

Here is the idea in practice during one of out quarterly mass shooter drills. Ince evey few weeks a cop would come in and we would have lockdowns and one room would be "assaulted" with a tally showing how many students were killed. We lost 5 but managed to take them down before the reload
