Russians are poor so they shouldn't cost much. For Chinese and Spanish there are like a gorillion peasant speakers.
These 3 languages shouldn't have any issue getting some guy off the street to do a dub. If it's something like getting a native Finnish dub or something then I can understand.

I'm polish living in Poland and i speak a weird mix of ENG and PL when i'm home.
When you're bilingual there are some words and terms that are not present in one language.

This isn't meant as a stupid burgers shitpost, but europeans are simply more used to subtitles in TV and cinema unlike americans.

I grew up bilingual and i occasionally catch myself thinking in english instead of german, or cursing in english.
I generally try to avoid it but i tend to do it unconciously. It's strange.

Well I always preferred subs if the setting has it making sense.
For example I'd much rather watch Hellsing ultimate with English dubs because it just makes more sense being set in England.
But something like Jojo season 4 should be 100% jap.
