Do you use cheats Yea Forums?
Only when replaying single player games sometimes
They're right.
haha look it's another brand twitter account posting funny shit ahahaha. How original and funny.
When I get bored of a game, sure. Not too often though.
It’s pointless in single player games unless you’re just fucking around in post game.
In multiplayer games though? I’ll take any edge I can get and not get caught.
no I'm not a casual
I'll usually give it a solid crack or two but why keep trying if it's hard? Video game skills don't matter lol, just stop wasting time and cheat if you want to get past something that's annoying.
Yes, and that's a good thing
Only when I'm making mods. Gotta try to force shit to break somehow.
Sometimes in single players.
Mostly in new games or really shitty grind RPG.
In games where there are stupidly low drop rates I typically bump up the rates for the best items by 500-1000%
I sometimes savescum.
>ywn be 5 again using walk through wall cheats in doom for hours upon hours at a time
Only in RPG, fuck grinding
I think the last game I used cheats was Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon, I boosted all of Marth's stats and ran the game at 2x. It was so boring and ugly that I had to do something about it.
I played 12 without cheats though.
Speedhacks to speed up the parts that aren't gameplay like slowly walking to locations.
I honestly don't think I ever used cheats. I really can't remember a game, even when I was really little, where I used even built-in cheats. I'm sure there was a time where I tried it out once or twice, but I have literally never understood the appeal.
>steal
>fail
>reload state
>repeat
>sometimes dice roll is already made
>wait a certain amount of time after reloading state for roll to reset and then save again to avoid repeat rolls
>stea
>fail
>reload state
>repeat
That post is so fucking stupid, it's a video game not university.
Only in single player games when it would save me time/incredibly rare item I dont want to lose. In Atelier games I save before crafting high risk items so I'm not completely fucked. But stuff like invincibility and unlimited ammo is for faggots.
They're right though, they cheapened their experience and then have the audacity to write a review of the game. It's targeting the game journalist specifically and telling them off that they missed the whole point of playing a challenging game.
Hardly ever. My best friend does all the time though. He used modified badass points through our entire playthrough of BL2 so if I ever died at a boss he would just stand there and kill it solo since all the BPs had inflated his stats, while I was locked outside the gate.
Yes this makes me angry because he always made excuses for doing it, whats even the point of playing the game if you're just going to make yourself unkillable. He also did this with items in Terraria, he had end game shit while we were still fighting mechanical bosses.
