I almost never walk irl, so a walking sim is a good change of pace

Finished MGS3 on wednesday, only 4 more to go.

Think I'll watch Rising though...

i enjoyed my playthrough of the mgs games but i dont have the patience to go back and play them again. rising though has a completely different playstyle. i wouldnt even group it with other mgs games even though there is the stealth option. its a pretty short game especially compared to other mgs games too. also if you thought the cut scenes in 3 were obnoxious wait till you get to 4.

Is there at least 2 hours of actual gameplay between them this time, I swear I've spent more time listening to people talk than crawling around in the shadows in a box.

Unless its really not your thing rising only takes 6hrs tops. Easily can get through it on the first sitting and it's a much better experience than watching cause it's hard to care when the plot is bicycling up to the bad guy to have a fight cause "it's what you were born to be jack" Rising gets very nonsensical.

Sony cut a blank check to Kojimbo for this game, they would be insane not to make it an exclusive.
