You can force install it yourself if you want to play Win10 games that use it, I did it for Forza. Works perfect and only downloads and updates what you tell it to, unlike the Store in normal Win10 versions that has to download seven different updates for the fucking calculator every time you reboot.

It's not Win7, but if you have to use 10, it's your best option. I'd still recommend keeping it installed on an entirely separate hard drive and never running both at once, though.
