How many games do you own for your switch?

Had it since launch and all I have is:

>Splatoon 2
>Smash
>Mario Kart

It's one of the best games on the Switch but "2019... I am forgotten" is very applicable.

I didn't know the switch had this many Japanese fan service games

I mean this is true for all single player games, you will play it from start to finish when you buy it and maybe revisit it in 6 months again

Are they actually good games or they just serve to fulfill a niche?

I find them entertaining enough. The Strip Shogi and most of the RPGs like Moero H are OK games. Only ones I would say are actual trash are Remilore and the Pure Electric Love games I bought on a whim, they're abject trash. Remi in particular because it cost way too much.

Same all i have is botw, odyssey, smash, and bayo 1+2. I just don't see any reason to get 3rd party games when they're pretty much the most inferior version of said games. I bought it for exclusive but they really haven't been delivering.

My backlog across all systems is probably like 300 games

Nintendo is an anomaly, they support themselves by being NINTENDO™ (smiley face), and that's it. Everything they do, it's by the books, it's repetitive, it's monotonous, it's the SAME damn thing they've been doing for twenty, thirty years. They cashed in on being THE video game company, am I right? Little girls and little boys, parents and grandparents, NINTENDO is the "VIDEO GAME", it's the "GAME BOX", right? Sony and Microsoft have been scrounging for years, trying to get a foot in the door. They've been innovating, trying "new" ideas, "serious" and "adult" stories and/or "revolutionary" business ideas, but they just can't compare to Nintendo, right? What's the point in competing? Literally, actually, unironically answer me this:

Who the FUCK is competing against Nintendo? Who has a bigger grip on the FAMILY market? Who has a bigger strangehold on the FAMILY unit? No one, there. I answered for you. No one does.

It's a double-edged sword, Nintendo is carrying, right boys? They're a one-trick pony with a perfect trick. You can't refute it, you can't deny it. They've been around since the beginning, they'll be around forever. They're their own Ace in the Hole, right?
