I thoroughly enjoyed the fuck out of this game. Played it on release, then paid for the DLC.
DLC and ending blew me away, I distinctly remember thinking: "Alright, fuck capcom for locking the true ending behind a paywall, but it was still fucking good."
This game is crack for anyone craving that feeling of watching DBZ as a kid, and I legit felt tears well up the moment he says his wrath is gone as the music swells.

I was pretty bummed about having to pay for the ending too but it was a hell of a lot better then getting no ending since the sequel got scrapped. Fucking 10/10 finale as well

Is it realy too hard for people to figure out why they had the true ending as DLC?
They were obviously sequel baiting with that ending but then changed there minds and made a dlc after it sold poorly. Why else would the spider possess asuras daughter then instanly change his mind and leave her?

Some good moments but DLC episodes blow it all out of the water. I did not pay for them i just saw them and the change in badassness between episode 18 and 19 is striking.
