I mean, Sora fits in perfectly with Smash and I'm now 100% convinced he will be announced at E3. Nintendo did pick the DLC. And before you say D-Disney wouldn't allow it. Disney has said they are game to Sora being in Smash but Nintendo has to approach them first. Once that happens, Disney has a meeting with Tetsuya Nomura and he has to give his blessings.
I doubt we would get Roxas as an echo fighter, no matter how amazing that would be. It's more likely we'd just get an alt color to reflect Roxas. Maybe have an alt skin like Bowser Jr. has with the koopalings. Also I think a stage that transitions from KH world to KH world would work the best if the stage was Castle Oblivion.

I feel like Nintendo is going to want a stage that best represents the Banjo-Kazooie series and none captures that better than Spiral Mountain. Though I've always hoped that it would be a transitional stage, start off on the Spiral Mountain and Bridge to Grunty's Lair, then get whisked away by Grunty to the top for a stage hazard boss. Beat her, and then she causes a rock-slide with a spell just like at the ending of Kazooie which carries everyone back down to Spiral Mountain and buries Grunty underneath a ton of rubble just like in the game.
I'd settle on a combo of multiple stages, like New Donk City or Isle Delfino. Grunty could use her magic to morph the stage to a world where Jamjars' silos are dotted around where various characters pop up like Bottles, Mumbo, Humba and others. Spiral Mountain is the most iconic, but the top of Grunty's lair would be sick if it meant having a boss battle with Based Witch.
my headcanon is that Cloud is a Nobody, and Sephiroth is his Heartless that can only be killed by him for some reason. The bandages are symbolizing that he's not a whole being. Have no idea how Zach fits into this

Everyone knows Atlus has exclusives on Nintendo hardware. What's surprising is that the series represented in Smash Bros have never been on Nintendo platforms (apart from side games like Persona Q). KH is currently in the same position (perhaps better if you think the DS/3DS games are more than just side games).
