People don't want to watch a show about a guy with no face and no personality. You could do a Dredd-style thing where another protagonist carries the emotional weight of the storytelling but Halo fans are faggots and would riot if Master Chief isn't the main character. This show is going to please no one, mark my words. Halo doesn't even need a live action adaptation, it always had pretty good cutscenes for a video game.
