Piece of advice for when you get more girls, upgrade rooms of the girls NOT in your party since that's how you get EXP share to be more beneficial to you. Otherwise they level up only in your party.
Also set up your party so your tank is in the center slot when you have more than Lillia and Leche in your party as the battle system takes full effect the second you have three members.
>Center position will get attacked the most often, ends less often
Try and combo elemental weaknesses as much as possible to do a lot more damage.
Think carefully about what you'll have Io do on his turn if you fuck up and exhaust him you can't use items or flee battle till he's back to 0%.
