TF&2 were great. But use CS:GOs momentum preservation and cancelling mechanics. Add in a slick double jump with a cancel to a crash that damages dependent on height, add in Battlefield's verticality, and the parachute, but faster and with more movement ability. A momentum defined hover with jetpack.

Movement should have consequences and impact and so many games just overlook it.
