golden doesn't really add anything worthwhile, also switch has no games besides this and gravity rush so not worth imo, just emulate the vanilla

Golden adds over 10 hours of SoL stuff so if you really like waifu quests it might be worth getting, otherwise the original is fine

I really like P4 as long as I don't compare it to literally any other game in Persona series. It's so bland it hurts.
The only good thing it did was to add variety in the dungeons and then it was btfo'd by P5.

Ignore the other retard, Golden vastly improves the original game.
I don't think its worth buying a vita for on its own, however.

Golden adds a bunch of QOL improvements, social links, and extra events (some better than others), but also makes a already easy game considerably easier.

The calender system in neo-Persona is too stressful. The only games I played that evoked the feeling for me were Eurotruck, .hack and Crosscode,
too bad only one of them is good

Crosscode was nice but the dungeons were killing me.

Also, the calendar wasn't a problem if you're not a completionist and cleared the dungeons in first two days. Aside from P5, that game had way too much shit and they robbed free time a lot with bullshit story events.
