I can't, you're objectively correct.

I use Mara's Gift because I'm a noob

paralysis is OP

It is, I think. Been a while since I played but doesn't this sign give you a gigantic amount of magic absorption?

Meanwhile in Elder Scrolls Online

What the fuck

Atronach always seems cool but makes me worried about running out of mana.

Heavy armor chad reporting in

Spell Absorption is OP as fuck, it's not even an issue in Morrowind. Plus, magicka potions exist.

why boner activated

I prefer:
The Steed: For when I want a fast and fun start.
The Lady: If I want my redguard fighter to be even more insanely broken

Just enchant all your shit so magic costs nothing to use

Came to post this

How do I do that? Im a brainlet and never fucked with enchanting.

For this exact reason I can’t stand rolling a spellcaster. I just run a roidrage fighter dude who is super stacked with magical items and custom enchanted shit

gaaaayyyy

To enchant you just need:
1. The spell in your spellbook.
2. A Soul Gem with a monster’s soul in it.
3. Go to any Enchanter
4. Select a piece of equippable gear and a soul gem.
5. Select the spell you want to charge the item with and the type of spell.
6. Go nuts and have fun with infinite possibilities

Atronach is really only fun on Breton when you want a FUCK MAGIC build.

Another fun technique:
1. Go to Mournehold
2. Learn any Fortify Skill
3. Enchant item with “Fortify Enchant 300 (or whatever the biggest number is) on Self for 1 or 2 seconds”
4. I think you can apply that same spell again and again on the same item so you can get a massive temporary Enchant skill.
5. Cast the spell and PAUSE the game.
6. Drag and drop your Soulgem onto your character to get any enchant you want for free

>Atronach is really only fun on Breton
NopeDo this and max INT.

How do you get magic back though? I want to be a mage, not a potion guzzling drunkard.

I can't, it's probably the best sign. As long as you aren't focusing on magic, you'll pretty never run out of magicka anyway, with the +150 and recovery from travel/rest. 50% absorption is insanely good, and later on you can get 100% absorption and become immune to most spells.

For Morrowind I pick Steed or Lady, for Oblivion I usually pick Thief for dat dere luck

It’s super good. But for me personally even on a fresh start on +100 difficulty the magic I face either misses completely because I dodge it or it’s not very effective because of my massive HP pool and speed

The other trick is:
1. Go to the Imperial Shrine in Wolverine Hall, Sadrith Mora
2. Buy bloat and ash yams from the alchemist in the back
3. Exit dialogue and his inventory restocks; buy more bloat and ash yams
4. Mix bloat and ash yams together for a potion of Fortify Intelligence
5. Drink potion, mix another potion
6. Alchemy scales off intelligence, so every potion makes the next potion stronger
7. Experience exponential growth
At around 10000 Intelligence, you should automatically succeed in any enchantment.

based

Hahaha I’ma do this tonight

Be careful not to overflow the integer.

You have magic absorption user, the world is your oyster. Just find a way to get hit with magic. Trust me, no matter what ES you're playing, someone will hit you with magic at least once within any given 5 minute interval.

You should also try and get creative with it, like this user:
Finally, you'll have a massive Magicka reservoir, running out wont be nearly as much of a problem as you think it is, and more importantly, you'll be able to cast ridiculously good spells very early in the game. If that means buying a few Magicka potions for emergencies, then so be it.

In vanilla its pretty badass. Andromeda Shadow Stone is best boi.
