SF2: the Animated Movie is fucking great.
The 1993 Super Mario Bros one is debatably the most fun to watch. My favorite part is the unironically kino visual direction, with the Mushroom Kingdom and prop design being basically a visual mishmash of Blade Runner, Mad Max, and its own injection of generic early 90s "techno gritty".
