FO4's DLC is legit the only semi good writing in the entire game. If you remotely like the base game, play that.
I'm assuming that you've played the other games before. If not, go for Bloodlines for the story/roleplaying, DS2 for the gameplay/pvp, and DS1 for the overall experience.
