Joker's emblem is of the phantom thieves' emblem, not persona's as a whole but the music and stage references P3,4 and 5, not any other SMT game at all. If you're just getting hit in the face normally from zero, you end up at about 50-60% when you get Arsene. Rebel Guard lets you get Arsene much quicker for much less damage. If you're not using it when the opponent is about to do an obvious aerial or tech chase, you're playing blatantly wrong. You can hold it for fucks sake.

This really does not seem to be a problem to me, the reason Cloud was so annoying was because Square did not even want Cloud in smash, they wanted a character like Noctis so when Sakurai insisted on Cloud they kept a tight lock on what they were allowed to put in from FF7.

I can logically deduce that in this case Square would want Sora in for marketing, whereas cloud did not market FF15 as good as noctis would have, Sora markets KH3 perfectly because he is still the main character.

Also Nomura and Sakurai are fans of eachother, and Shinji Hashimoto the co creator of KH wants Sora in smash. I honestly feel he is one of the most likely Smash characters

Is the shield pressure it does now drastically different or just a minor change? Can't go in and set the AI to just block. Why do shields feel so strong in Ultimate? They seem to regenerate really fast making any pressure you put on them kinda useless.

After Joker I feel like there's nothing that could surprise me, but I felt the same way after Sonic and then again with Cloud and again with Bayonetta. So I don't want to say it's impossible but fuck I really can't think of any character that would be shocking.

you know what I wouldve like over the current way Personas work? Literally make that meter above jokers character art like an MP meter. You can call out your persona with down b and as you use it, it drains. Once it runs out you have to wait for it to refill by either getting hit, doing damage etc etc. The fact that the only way to consistently get out your persona is counters is fucking retarded. Anyone good at the game isnt gonna fall for counters

I've only played him a little bit, but I get the feeling Joker's grappling hook isn't really an attack. Like yeah, if you hit someone with it it can hurt them, but the hitbox and angle seem really specific and seems extremely situational. Its range as a recovery tool is pretty bananas, though.

It's mostly meant to show off the style of Persona games rather than spoil the inner story. It's a good way to make people who don't know the games get interested imo.

The sales in japan alone would make up about 60 percent of soras sales. The other 40 percent would come from the memelords that would compare a character like erdrick to goku.

Utilt doesn't true combo to up special, they can airdodge out if they're quick.

That being said if you land up special then that combos into shorthop Fair quite nicely.

People always underestimate the amount of love Sakurai puts into this stuff. Even FF7, with how stingy Square can be, has an amazing interactive stage with Midgar

I'm disappointed because I didn't care about the plant and I don't care about Joker either. They are good in that, it's another character to fight, adding variety in the game, but I have 0 desire to ever play as either of them a single time. Just think about it, he could have the same jab, forward tilt, and neutral air as Megaman, sure, but outside of that he should be 100% luigified.

-Side b is dash, keeps momentum into a jump just like in MMX games
-Forward smash can be the Z-Saber, charging it makes a flame slash shoot out like Blaze Heatnix's weapon
-Neutral b can be a charge shot that you can charge normally while doing everything, just like in MMX. (Remember all the unique mechanics Ryu, Bayonetta, etc all got, they could do it).
-Down b can be Wheel Gator's weapon that travels along surfaces like Thunder Jolt, but slower and more powerful, like a Simon Axe that acts like a slow/laggy t-jolt
-Up B could be Web Spider's lightning web which obviously X could wall jump off of

Here's what Louie could do as another Pikmin user.

-Up B is Pikmin chain from Brawl
-Purple Pikmin are changed to Rock pikmin, which do extra shield damage and have high HP but are bad at everything else, white Pikmin are changed to Flying pikmin, which have low damage, don't do the damage white pikmin do when latched on but are much faster to follow Louie in the air, and when attached to an opponent they become slightly lighter/floatier
-He can keep Olimar's side b and neutral b, so even with the rest of my changes I guess he'd still be a semi-clone. He has no whistle in exchange for rock/flying living longer/following more reliably.
-Down B can be blasting a puff of super bitter spray at the enemy, pic related.

You know what, fuck Olimar's Pikmin Toss. If we are making a second pikmin user we might as well fully explore the possibilities.

-Instead of Pikmin Toss as a side b, Louie gets Pikmin order, which sends out all available Pikmin at once to lunge forward as if he was going for a grab, if this connects with the opponent, all the pikmin latch on/rocks tackle. So instead of throwing, he basically uses the C-stick from pikmin 1/2 or the pikmin charge from 3.
-Lets put the super bitter spray attack as a down tilt instead, and have the new down b be super spicy spray, so Louie has both sprays in his kit. Spicy Spray is like Wii Fit's Deep Breath or Cloud's limit. The pikmin are all stronger and faster while it's up.

After that all you'd have to do is change up some more of his normals and bam you have another Pikmin user that's entirely unique, outside of Pikmin Pluck.
