The point is to grind endlessly to get rare swimsuits to watch the numbers go up. That's it, really. You're restricted in how much you can grind because each game costs points that regenerate over time.
I still appreciate the cute girls prancing around in bikinis with the upbeat beach music playing. The sense of atmosphere is pretty nice. It's also very easy to "play" in the background while doing anything else, like shitposting on Yea Forums.

It's still better than the DMM version where you bot 10m to hoard 999 bottles causing a massive score inflation in events.
This event is a lot more brutal than the last one, equipping all your girls with the SR increases your bonus, you get score from friends using your guest and trend bonuses from using the event suits are always huge.

Guys I need advice. I had the worst timing to start playing the DMM version, got it like two days before the Steam one got discovered. By then I'd gotten two SSRs from the tickets they gave away and I got another one some days ago. I can navigate the menus by instinct now pretty much with no problem, but not understanding shit in cutscenes or skills or certain items is making me have second thoughts, not to mention the fact that I already missed like 2 years of content to begin with.
If I could count on DMM getting the english script brought over then it wouldn't be a problem but I know the thing is technically only maintained for the nip audience and KT are fucking lazy assholes and will most definitely not bother because why would they if they can get away with the minimum effort possible. I was also thinking modders might be interested in finding out if the text for the older content and at least the menus could be imported but from what I can see the interest in loverslab is almost non existent outside of lewd mods (not that I can blame them but you know what I mean).

in SS/SS+ matches the enemy AI will more than likely have a much higher POW stats than you but almost equal Tec.
i usually go Stamina + Tech/Pow (depending on what the enemy ai has focused, but most likely they go POW)

Menus and skills aren't important at all. You learn menus fast and for skills you usually just equip +5% to stat, all you need is to look how stat is written on katakana and you'll be able to recognise them easily. There's also PP skill guide in VV discord.
The real question here if you care about translated events. If you do - play steam version, if you don't - play whatever you want.

Honestly, if I could simply look up the cutscenes with subs then I'd be satisfied, but there's only one channel that I know that so much as bothers to do that, and the translations are sketchy, the videos unorganized with a lot also missing and others not subbed at all. I know beggars can't be choosers but you get the idea.
That said, I know it's only a matter of time before they get proper translated for the Steam version even if they're hilariously behind schedule from DMM, by then it would only take someone that records them and preferably organizes them decently. Thing is if anyone will actually bother doing it.

And you have less. AI tends to have stamina in the 8k, while most event ssr only get boosted to 7k. The only reason they can keep up is because their pow/tec is boosted even more. So the stamina deficit doesn't do much.
The only relevant stamina item are skills from the suits themselves or awakening suits to max. Stamina as a stat is a retard trap. The only time you'd want a sta suit is for the skill after awakening. Afterwards, you can just throw it away.
