Your posture is your posture. It cannot be "fixed". The notion that sitting upright is the "correct" way to sit is complete and utter horseshit invented by snake oil salesmen in the ergonomics industry to sell overpriced furniture with claims of non-existent health benefits. There is literally no scientific evidence to back up the idea of "ergonomics" and plenty to indicate it's actually doing harm.

This is one of the worst brands of medical pseudoscience out there. They believe they can treat/cure neurological disorders like autism and parkinson's disease by correcting the spine. They manage to convince people by saying made up garbage that sounds just scientific enough to be plausible.

Physical therapist here. While I feel this is a good exercise, it's definitely one you can fuck up and make things worse. Also, I have no idea what "activating C5-8 mean," and if anyone has any research on how you can "activate" a nerve branch, I'd like to see it.
