Love Plus is a fucking chore. The characters don't have enough dialogue to actually justify real time mode, it's just a way to artificially lengthen the time between dates.
There are much better dating sims out there, but EOPs can't play any of them.

The nips made one like 5 years back, it was pretty flawed and didn't really work well.
I want open world cucking, just an MMO filled with NPCs that you can start relationships with. There was a light hearted N64 party game with a similar concept, a multiplayer dating sim.
