You can enjoy AC just for the fact it has a melodramatic story with griping music.

It's really not that tough. And I mean, you can technically boil the combat down to simply that, but it's part of a package. The AC games really get you into that feeling of being a badass angel of death in a plane with great music and anime as fuck stories. It's not really for everyone, but if you are interested I'd recommend emulating the PS2 games AC4/5/0 and seeing if you actually like them before dropping any cash on 7 or just pirate it, although the dev team honestly deserves the cash for how passionate they are about the games. I kinda thought the same about the series until I actually tried it, and it got me to preorder AC7.

Have you ever actually had sex, unironically?
