It has demolition derby maps in custom/MP and campaign and you can host servers with any map you want.
This game is a product of love. Devs probably developed large part of it using their own money.

My biggest problem with the game is that while it's solid fun and the mechanics are top tier it feels a bit... empty? Like if doesn't have that attractive flavour to it. I have my fun but there's nothing that keeps me drawn in.

yeah, flat out was to me the perfect balance. loads of wacky shortcuts and stupid vehicles to mix it up with.
