You answered your own question. Just give Naoto impure reach and watch as light/dark aoes obliterate every random mob in the game. There isn't a single random encounter enemy that nulls both light and dark, so have Naoto use one and MC use the other and random battles end instantly for the rest of the game.

Doesn't work on bosses obviously so just use panic and then you can do whatever. The game can be broken in half hilariously easy even by megaten standards.
