Somehow it looks very competent, too bad about the giant file size tho

Why, how big is the file size?

22GB, more than half of the standard SD.

22.5 Gigs. Which means that If you buy physically it only comes with half or even less of the content and you have to download the rest of the game on the e-shop seperatly like Doom or Fifa on switch

Sounds like a game you should be buying digitally and downloading onto a generic SD card.

>half of the standard SD
You mean internal storage, right?
Good thing that 400GB micro SD cards are pretty affordable nowadays.

Well if you consider a third of the switch's price affordable, bc nintendo cheaped out and gave us 32 gb, yeah they are.

Check your prices again, I bought one for $59 two months ago.

Even a good 128 gig micro SD is only about 20 bucks, and that's more than enough

Although it looks impressive and puts a lot of botched early Switch ports to shame, who the fuck plays fighting games on the Switch?

They aren't in my country. The cheapest 400gb sd is 90 bucks and it's one of those mid range ones that can't even record 4k60fps, meaning that it will be useless for future devices. If you go with a samsung evo plus you pay 150 bucks for 500 gb over here. But the price isn't the issue, the issue is that nintendo could have easily had 64 or 128gb in the switch, but did not. The storage solution they have now is not even fast, so there's no reason why they couldn't have doubled it.

Nigger, my smartphone was twice the price of the Switch and it only came with 64gb. You can't slap a HDD on a mobile device.

I see the issue other people could have, but personally I only use SD cards 128GB and up so it's not really a problem for me. Of course, I don't buy many big games digitally since they'd still fill those SD cards up very quickly.

>nintendo cheaped out and gave us 32 gb
Who gives a shit? Being able to pop in whatever sd card we want is infinitely better than them jacking up the console price with more storage. You can even use the sd card for other things

>being poor

based on sales a fair amount
USF2, DBFZ, and SFAC all sold well

not sure about the street fighters, but fighterz online is completely dead on switch last I heard

Only during week days, weekends and events servers usually max out.

Rooms are fairly populated, and matches are easy to find. Not on the level of PS4, but it isn't dead. MK11 on the Switch isn't being released months after the other versions, so it'll fair better than DBFZ.

>You can't slap a HDD on a mobile device.
but you can.
apple already did

you can, but it's a bad idea for a handheld system. Makes a bit more sense for laptops (although I personally wouldn't recommend it) as you typically use those on a stable surface or, well...your lap - where it'll mostly be kept stationary. Mechanical drives shouldn't be moved or shook around during operation.

It looks good, better than MK9 at least. Very acceptable graphics unlike Dead by Daylight which looks like a fucking HD port of a PSP game.

how likely is the online gonna be complete shit?

95%

Fuck, I'm more interested in picking it up over the other versions but Nintendo's joke of an online service doesn't help
