It kinda sucks but Joker already fulfills the potential moveset of most of these guys, albeit a bit watered down

Ideally Hero alongside Aleph just like the Belmonts would've been god-tier with Hero being able to cycle between demons like Shulk does with his Monado Arts so he's able to switch his specials with iconic demons using their attacks.
Realistically though, there's very little chance for an SMT rep, maybe Jack Frost but a protagonist won't make it in thanks to Joker.

He would have if he could switch Personas. Having demons briefly appear to perform an attack and then disappear is probably what makes the most sense for a fighting game moveset, and that's what Personas are supposed to do. I would have accepted Joker as a good SMT rep if they implemented him like that.
