Hey let's have some respect here user, Cory is a based guy who made GoW 2, the best GoW.
GoW is a bad game and you should feel bad.

I saw threads like this a while back where seemingly everyone had their 3x3's completely weeb shit. Seeing good taste on this cancerous board is nice. Lol. I hope weebs stay the fuck out of this thread. The shit they had was literally Jrpg 1 through 9.
These are objectively the games with the best gameplay.

I post my 4x4 too much
6/6 (MGS, Uncharted, NV, SOTC, Wolfenstein, Thief) Recently finished SotC, that final boss fucking sucked, but it was an amazing game otherwise.
4/4 (ME, DMC3, MM, MP) Currently going through RE:0. So far it's annoying, but I'm sure I'll like it by the end.
4/4 (Pokemon, FF4, Bayo, NES Remix) An odd choice of games, what makes you adore something like PRB enough to say it's a top 9 game for you?
4/4 (FF7, DMC3, MP, DD) I can't wait to play RE4.
4/4 (Fable, Gmod, TF2, GTA) Good choice on the best Fable.
4/4 (Doom, Tetris, SMB3, Quake) One day I should play Umihara Kawase.
5/5 (HL, JSR, VTMB, SS2, Doom) I need to finish VTMB, I really love it but it's rough around the edges.
Rate others.
6/7 (HM, Spyro, MP, Portal, Gmod, NV, -OW) Overwatch is not a game that should be on a 3x3.
6/6 phenomenal taste
I guess 4.5/5 because I could never get into Dr. Mario.
I've been meaning to play Saturn Bomberman. How does it hold up?
I hear people say Super Bomberman 2/3 are better.
2/2 vtmb and doom2. I got the steam port of jet set radio for free, but I haven't played it yet.
4/5 +botw, star fox, luigi's mansion, paper mario. -fable
I would have considered Luigi's Mansion a favorite until I replayed it a few months ago.
I still like it, though, despite the problems I have with it.
3/3 spyro, NV, minecraft. Can't really play much Minecraft anymore, but I was really into it like 6 years ago.
6/7 I really didn't like Minish Cap. A good amount of games on your list are some I've been meaning to play.
>6/7 I really didn't like Minish Cap.
That's fair, Minish Cap is one of my childhood games I spent a lot of time on, along with ALTTP. It edges out just a little bit because I really loved the artstyle and how "new" it felt. It was just a lovely game overall when I was a kid. Same with Pokémon Sapphire and Paper Mario.
>A good amount of games on your list are some I've been meaning to play.
Name some, I could tell you which to play next.
Bomberman games are practically all the same. Bomberman '94, Saturn Bomberman, and Super Bomberman 1-5 are probably the best in the series.

Last week after thinking abt it more
A friend of mine says Minish Cap is her favorite Zelda for the same reasons. It just makes me want to play a different Zelda game when I see it.
I guess of the ones I'd be most eager to play, Alien Isolation, Yakuza 2 (the Yakuza series in general), Silent Hill 3, Ghost Trick and Skies of Arcadia. They're all near the top of my list of what to play next, but something always drags my attention away.
I figured. I've spent most of my time on the n64 Bomberman games, though I admit Hero isn't that good despite it being on my own 3x3. I just love replaying it.
5/6
4/5 +MGS, NV, Thief, DS3. -SoC
5/6 +Onimusha, D2, RE0, MM, Payne 2. -dmc3
0/2 -bayo, muramasa What's this NES remix about? Which game is your favorite there?
4/6 +FF7, RE4, DaS, Payne. -dmc3, DD
5/7 +Fable, B&W, MW, TF2, GM. -dmm&m, stranger's wrath
5/5 +Doom, SM3, RE4, Bloodborne, Quake.
6/7 +HL, Oni, Thief2, SS2, D2. -vtmb
3/3 +SM, SF64, DeS. Still need to play the 2 shadow towers.
I get bored looking at the same grid too long. Yeah I could make a 4x4 or higher but that's not the point. 3x3 are nice and nice and presentable, anything else is bloat.
Play Ghost Trick, user. It has a really good story, unique gameplay, nice artwork, lovely music and overall it just a brilliant game. Skies of Arcadia is my favourite game of all time, but I'd rather you give Ghost Trick a try over that since it's a lot easier to play through.
If you've ever played an Ace Attorney game, it's made by the same guy, so it might give you some idea on how good it is, and for the love of God don't get spoiled.
As for your friend, it makes sense. Games played during childhood are usually remembered fondly, and I do have a lot of memories of playing through Minish Cap and enjoying every second of it. Still it makes sense to not enjoy it, I think LTTP is a better game, but I prefer Minish Cap over it.
3/4 +MGS2, HGSS, NV. -P5
I always go back and forth on Persona 5, but the persona series in general just seems like half dungeon crawler and half life sim and is shallow in both areas because of it. I'd prefer a more in depth life sim and leaving out dungeon crawling entirely. I can play smt for that.
Getting it right now. I'll make sure to play it next after I finish my replay of Dark Cloud 2. Thanks, user.
Based on my favorite games do you think i would like Red Dead Redemption, Witcher 3 & Uncharted 2?
Yeah, they have a high enough score on metacritic for you don't they?
Don't like anything here
2/3 Would you recommend Orta or Saga to start with?
1/5 Why do you prefer SH3 over the previous ones?
3/4 What are middle top and bottom?
1/2 Why the first M&B over Warband?
0/2 Does Odin Sphere have a deeper combat than Muramasa?
3/3 Would I like DMC1 if I dislike 3 for the punching bag enemies?
If you haven't, watch the trailer since it got me hyped for it back in 2010, it'll hopefully solidify your choice to play it.

It was the first SH game I played without having to resort to a guide to be honest. I was able to just play and enjoy the game because by that point I knew exactly what I was doing, whereas in SH1 I found myself really confused on where to go and what to do half the time and it was oddly difficult as well, and SH2 was great but at the same time had really annoying puzzles (like the horseshoe glue one) that had me looking up what to do and where to go.
When I finally played SH3, I knew how the series worked and didn't look up a guide and just went with it. I loved Heather as a character and enjoyed going through SH1's areas again even if they were a bit different, it was still really cool.
> The Last of Us & Resident Evil 4
Literally no reason why you shouldn't love Uncharted 2, since it's exactly like these two games
1/2 +Doom -CK2. I'll try to play CK2 again one day.
>Would you recommend Orta or Saga to start with?
That depends on if you prefer RPGs or Railshooters. I started with Orta, because I didn't have a mednafen set up at the time you can eventually unlock the original PD. I think Orta has the best overall gameplay in the series and is more replayable, but Saga is stronger in basically every other area. If you're more interested in Saga, you'll get much more appreciation for it after a few playthroughs of 1 and more importantly 2, but that's not so bad since they're like 40 minutes long each. They're all fantastic games.
>Would I like DMC1 if I dislike 3 for the punching bag enemies?
High probability. DMC1 is a much more visceral action game, enemies do not have a lot of health, whole thing can have this very glass cannon feel. Dante's general moveset in general is pretty OP, his devil trigger moves especially. There's even 1-hit kills on certain enemies left for you to discover, this game is much more about efficiency and speed over fighting some style meter. The enemies aren't here to take turns either. Even the most basic bitch marionettes excell in packs, will crowd control by stringing Dante up for another to attack, will parry attacks to off-balance you, and will even start slinging shit from off-screen. your warning is in the wind-up sound cues. Game's atmosphere is god-tier too, but I try not to mention that too hard because I noticed dmc3fags just want to lop the appeal to nostalgia and say it's only good on atmosphere alone. Good luck with the camera though, it is gonna take some getting used to.
