ITT: games that deserved to be more popular
Why, this has nothing in common with the previous games, only zoomers and waifufags like Uprising
ITT: overrated shit
But the first two Kid Icarus games are legitimately bad.
Found the zoomer
Found the autistic thread squatter.
You're in every KIU thread trying and failing to make people give a shit about inferior Metroid clones.
Custom robo shouldn't have died. The few games we got were some of the most fun I've had playing solo. The community was never big enough for me to find someone with whom to play multiplayer.
It's pretty much my second favorite game of all time. At least smash is getting more people into it and getting them back into drawing art of the characters.
Viridi is perfect.
>new Kid Icarus
>has structure and weapons of Uprising
>but it's a platformer like the first two
>ends up playing kinda like Smash Bros
>the multiplayer is almost literally Smash Bros
How would you feel?
this game always looked to me like a Star Fox game with Metroid Prime Hunters controls, is that pretty accurate?
and is it actually a good, full game? cause for some reason I always got the impression it would be really short and low on content
no
zoomer located
It's good -- honestly, I wish there were an option for the more standard Star Fox controls, but that's my only real complaint.
Totally not Metroids.
>>but it's a platformer like the first two
>>ends up playing kinda like Smash Bros
yeah no lets not do that again
half is star fox, half is a weird TPS with a decent amount of customization
its pretty good but the dogshit controls turned people off. At least you can completely remap the controls
It gives you the impression that it's about to end early but pulls off even more content. Best 3DS exclusive imo.
It's kinda like a Gunstar Heroes in 3D with some game mechanics from Treasure. It's a fast difficult game at first until you realize your character is completely broken, like in Ikaruga or Sin and Punishment.
My dream for the second game was always that it was made for something with more buttons which allowed basically what you're talking about. Since you'd be able to jump they could add platforming back into the mix. I also thought it would be cool if the game was playable in co-op with Dark Pit. The two of you are working together to clear the level but it's also counting up how many enemies you both defeated, how much damage you each did to the boss, and how many times you both avoided damage. No real effect on the gameplay itself but some players might find the light competition aspect of it fun. It could also make the game more replayable since the two of them might talk more in co-op so you can hear stuff you never got to before. If they really wanted to go crazy with it, the flying sections could even have both players going on separate paths sometimes since Palutena is guiding Pit and Viridi is guiding Dark Pit.
Honestly the only way I'd want a second Smash Brothers from Nintendo is if it's a Pokemon one.
I bet you only think that because you can't beat the first few levels.
