Clothing is crafted using field items, so you're limited by your current difficulty rank. Clothing is only top and bottom with 4 color variations. All in all GE has a surprisingly limited clothing system considering they decoupled armor rating from it so it wouldn't interfere with dressing up your character.

GE3 was outsourced to Marvelous. They reason it feels so incomplete is because they're using the "games as a service" meme to release the game half finished then patch in the other half over months.

Absolutely, the seemingly negative elemental modifiers are there to trick you into not noticing their gargantuan pierce and crush modifiers. Arbalest and this bullet will kill about 60% of the game without even needing to aim at your target.

Skills got gutted, and hard. There's far less skills, the skills that are still there have been mostly nerfed into oblivion, there's less slots to put them in, and upgrade parts were removed so there's no way to get skills outside of slotting them into gear.

It sounds worse than it is. GE1/2 suffered from some serious fucking skill bloat, and the vast majority of them were just flat passive modifiers that ended up only supporting the huge gun bias those games had

For that bullet, no, since it uses non-elemental sniper rounds. If a module doesn't do damage, like a deco shot, orb, or control, then the element is purely cosmetic. For damage dealing modules, like shots and bombs, you'll want to make a variation for each element.
