First time playing Ninja Gaiden Black and it's suprising how well the combat holds up. The only negatives I have so far are the camera and how easy it was to cheese the first boss which was disappointing.

remember to use your right trigger constantly to center the camera behind you. At first the camera is balls but once you make it a habit its pretty good. When I got good at it it was weird how often I subconsiously did it.
Also if you press down the right trigger you can use it to swing the camera around.

This desu. I wish they brought Black to PC so I could play it instead of Sigma. The shiny graphics look kinda ugly to me, and having a bunch of filler chapters as Rachel is annoying.
How much harder is Black? I know Sigma adds a bunch of extra checkpoints and it sounds like Black can be super frustrating with how long it takes to get back to where you died.

Black just rewards having skills with you not dying. It's only hard if you go for high scores, some of which are impossible in Sigma, since some encounters increased enemy counts but not time limits.
