Not the same genre but from a price/longevity standpoint, Anno is the clear winner.

Anno 1800 could be a better city-builder than Ace Combat 7 is an arcade flight game, or vice versa. Only people who actually care about videogames would play both.

No, quality is the measure of quality and Anno is of a far higher quality than Ace Combat whilst also offering longevity.
