It depends on the game. In Bloodborne, it's just a few fps but it is noticeable. Generally the patches for games try to give them a higher resolution mode, but sometimes you get a 1080p mode with extra frames. Research the games you want to play to see what you'll get.

Xbone has been cheaper than PS4 for three years now and the gap is only getting wider.

The cheapest and slowest SSDs that have 2TB of storage go for $200 on the minimum and these are awful and would die relatively quickly. A fusion could go for a quarter of that retail, with heavy R&D Sony could develop much better fusion drives with proprietary tech and get it down to 10-20% of the cost. Raw SSD performance could easily be high if the only part being tested was the NAND flash of a fusion drive and the same can be said for loading times, there's a reason Cerny didn't say anything specific about the SSD and that's because it's propietary fusion-type tech. This console is being sold at a mere loss of $100, you'd have to be borderline retarded to believe it has a state of the art 2TB SSD. No different to the retards who believed Sony when they claimed the PS4 would be truly next gen, capable of outputting 60 FPS on Uncharted 4 which was then downgraded and still only hit 30 FPS.
